Job summary

24 Hour Fitness seeks a Fitness Manager in Eastvale, CA to grow fitness revenue and lead the club team. The FM will personally sell training services, recruit and develop coaches, and ensure exceptional client experiences through effective programming and client management.

The role requires strong sales leadership and a passion for helping people achieve health goals, with responsibility for staff development, club operations and achieving performance targets.

Qualifications

• Strong background in sales, driving revenue and leading a team.
• Strong understanding of human movement, exercise science and fitness programming.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage guests and members.
• Desire to help people achieve fitness goals and improve lives.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Grow fitness revenue by training and retaining clients and guiding staff.
• Sell personal and group training packages and lead team in sales.
• Ensure client retention standards and meet revenue targets.
• Train and develop coaches to present fitness programs effectively.
• Oversee trainer schedules, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Manage group training schedules and ensure class quality.
