Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Manager to lead the club's sales and service strategy, hire and develop a high-performing team, and drive member acquisition and retention. The role focuses on delivering tailored member solutions and exceeding revenue targets while maintaining a strong, member-centric environment.

The SSM will supervise scheduling, provide training, and collaborate with the GM to implement programs that enhance guest experiences and support club financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Current CPR and AED from an approved organization.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop Sales and Service team members.
• Lead team to provide tailored product and service recommendations.
• Coach and assess team performance regularly.
• Provide ongoing training to ensure exceptional member service.
• Manage team scheduling and departmental targets.
• Drive new member sales, EFT, and retail initiatives.
• Coordinate local club marketing activities.
• Deliver a best-in-class member experience in partnership with the GM.
