Specialty Building Products is a leading distributor of specialty building products in North America. We are seeking a customer-focused sales support professional who can handle inquiries, quotes, orders, and delivery scheduling with accuracy and a service mindset.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years in sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. This role emphasizes professional interaction with customers and coordination with Outside sales teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a 2-year degree preferred.
• 2–4 years sales experience; building industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented telephone manner.
• Good business and selling principles and negotiation skills.
• Computer literate: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Receive calls for pricing, availability, product information, and distribution services.
• Coordinate with Outside sales; respond to product inquiries, orders, quotes, and deliveries; follow up with customers.
• Inform customers of pricing, shipping dates, delays, and other requested information.
