QXO is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our Austin branch, providing order support and product information to customers. You will work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, basic math skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor, with local travel minimal. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support orders.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world class service.
