Qualifications

• Must be flexible, willing to work Saturdays, and available for after-hours emergencies; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including budgeting, rent collection, expense control, and vendor management.
• Drive occupancy through marketing, leasing, and sales activities; manage lead follow-up, tours, and closing.
• Hire, train, and develop team members; foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
• Ensure property is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with policies; coordinate with maintenance and vendors.
• Oversee home inventory, capital projects, and asset management; ensure timely completion within budget.
