Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in property management, sales, or operations.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with performance metrics and goals.
• Must be flexible, willing to work Saturdays, and available for on-call emergencies.
• Travel for training and events up to once per quarter, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including budgeting, rent collection, expense control, and vendor management.
• Monitor KPIs: occupancy, revenue, delinquency, and expense performance.
• Drive occupancy through marketing, leasing, and sales activities.
• Manage full prospect lifecycle: lead follow-up, tours, and closing.
• Hire, train, and develop team members.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors.
• Ensure property is well-maintained and compliant.
