Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy through marketing, leasing, and home sales activities.
• Manage full prospect lifecycle: lead follow-up, appointment setting, tours, and closing.
• Oversee lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Lead, train, and develop team members.
• Ensure property is well-maintained, safe, and compliant.
• Coordinate maintenance, safety, and capital projects within budget.
