Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of property management, sales, or operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work Saturdays and be on-call after hours.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations including budgeting, rent collection, expense control, and vendor management.
• Drive occupancy through marketing, leasing, and sales activities; manage full prospect lifecycle.
• Lead, train, and develop maintenance and assistant managers; set performance expectations.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to policies; coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors.
