Job summary

Lakeshore Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Las Vegas, NV to lead community operations with a strong focus on sales, occupancy growth, and resident satisfaction. You’ll support budgeting, rent collection, marketing, and safety compliance while collaborating with the Community Manager and Regional Manager.

The role emphasizes coordinating leasing activities, improving conversion, and maintaining property standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in property management, sales, or operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work Saturdays and be on-call after hours.
• Willingness to travel for company training and events, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including budgeting, rent collection, expense control, and vendor management.
• Assist in occupancy growth through marketing, leasing, and home sales activities.
• Manage prospect lifecycle: lead follow-up, appointments, tours, and closings.
• Track pipeline activity and adjust strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Support resident relations and promote a welcoming community environment.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of team members.
• Ensure property safety, compliance, and timely maintenance.
