Job summary

Lakeshore Management is seeking an experienced Community Manager in Largo, FL to lead sales and operations across our communities. The role emphasizes driving occupancy, overseeing budgets, and guiding a high-performing team to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in property management or related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Property management or real estate certifications a plus.
• Fair Housing knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including budgeting, rent collection, expense control, and vendor management.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, delinquency, and expense performance.
• Ensure property standards and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and submit financial and operational reports.
• Drive occupancy through marketing, leasing, and sales activities.
• Manage full prospect lifecycle: lead follow-up, appointments, tours, and closing.
• Oversee lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Supervise maintenance staff and enforce policies.
