The ASM leads a team and develops staff to meet store goals. You will use POS, CRM, and inventory tools, handle client data, and ensure loss prevention measures are followed.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required, 1+ years in Assistant Manager role preferred.
• Sales driven with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and email.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb ladders.
• Proven coaching and mentoring abilities for a team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal and store sales goals and set a positive example for the team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue and customer experience.
• Thoughtfully collect and manage client information (phone, email, address).
• Address customer concerns promptly and resolve issues.
