Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience, ideally 1+ years in Assistant Manager duties.

• Proficient with POS systems, CRM, and inventory tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal and store sales goals and model strong sales skills.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve revenue while ensuring customer experience.
• Collect and manage client information including phone numbers and emails.
• Address customer concerns promptly with effective problem solving.
• Maintain knowledge of store merchandise, pricing, and layout.
• Uphold housekeeping and visual merchandising standards.
