Job summary

Crown Information Management is seeking an Account & Service Coordinator to be the primary contact for customers, closing and setting up service on inbound calls, and using our CRM to generate repeat business.

Day to day, you will handle inbound leads from phone, web, Shred Nations, and existing customers, maintaining accurate CRM records and quoting pricing. You will work with the Operations and Customer Service teams to keep routes full and customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma minimum.
• 2+ years in Customer Service and Sales.
• Ability to close sales and schedule services.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from calls, web, Shred Nations, and existing accounts.
• Mine CRM for dormant/underserved accounts and generate repeat business.
• Quote pricing and cross-sell shredding, electronics recycling, scanning, and secure records storage.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for all customer touches in real time.
• Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure high-quality service.
