Priority One Payroll, LLC is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team and CRM, ensuring a seamless, error-free sales experience. You will coordinate inbound marketing, sales funnel activities, and partner communications with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have experience quarterbacking a sales team and CRM software.
• Experience standing up or improving a CRM solution is desirable.
• History of success in customer-facing roles is required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and active listening are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities and deliverables.
• Continued learning and applying new skills to achieve results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert user and trainer of the CRM tool and act as database administrator.
• Serve as the primary voice on payroll services and Priority One’s markets and partners.
• Maintain a full sales funnel with inbound marketing and partner coordination.
• Coordinate inbound sales calls through the CRM with accuracy.
• Market-qualify leads and route them to the appropriate Sales Specialist.
• Prepare timely sales documentation packages for Sales Specialists.
• Coordinate CRM reporting for the Sales team and share insights.
• Gather VoC feedback and communicate findings to Sales Manager and team.
