Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Customer Service Account Coordinator to handle inbound/outbound communications, provide product availability, and process orders with accuracy in our office-based environment, with occasional remote day per week per department needs.

You will collaborate with Traffic, Parts, Service, Warranty and other teams, maintain knowledge of products, and ensure timely responses to inquiries while upholding our commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• College degree in business or related field preferred.
• One or more years of related experience in a professional customer service environment required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to in-bound calls and emails from customers and field sales staff in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
• Provide inventory availability to customers and reserve stock items for timely fulfillment.
• Enter customer orders in the order management system with accurate price and item details.
• Prepare and submit production requests for out-of-stock or custom equipment.
• Collaborate with Traffic, Parts, Service, Warranty, Credit and Demand Planning to resolve inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services through training and available resources.
• Maintain regular on-site attendance; remote workday may be permitted up to one per week as needed.
