Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in a Customer Service, Sales Support, or Sales role.
• Client-driven with strong people skills.
• Excellent business communication, including strong verbal and written skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activity across the customer portfolio and act as liaison with multiple functions.
• Process day-to-day purchase order follow-up for assigned accounts.
• Manage Change in Demand for assigned customers.
• Enter data in SAP and Salesforce; update customer data.
• Lead customer calls/meetings; support quarterly business reviews.
• Handle returns and credit requests with Billing/Returns team.
