Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or high-volume customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams; ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving under pressure, and conflict resolution.
• HVAC industry awareness preferred but not required; learning will be supported.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and route optimization: assign jobs to technicians based on location, skill, and urgency.
• Customer communication: serve as the main contact for service requests and ETAs.
• Technician coordination: brief techs with customer notes to ensure success.
• Emergency handling: adjust schedules to accommodate urgent service calls.
• Customer invoicing: review invoices for accuracy and classifications.
• Answer inbound calls and provide professional customer service.
• Administrative/data entry: manage records and CRM updates.
