Job summary

Movu Robotics, based in the United States, seeks a results-driven Sales Director to own the full sales cycle for warehouse automation solutions, including pallet shuttles and conveyors, serving integrators and end users across the US and Canada.

The role requires several years of sales in material handling, a hunter/farmer mindset, and willingness to travel about 50% with occasional trips to Europe. This is an individual contributor role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Several years of sales experience in the material handling industry.
• Hunter and farmer sales mindset.
• Must live near a major airport.
• Willing to travel ~50% across US/Canada; occasional Europe travel.
• Coordinate with European colleagues for overlapping hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle (proposals, calculations, offers) with engineering support.
• Initiate sales opportunities with warehouse automation integrators.
• Find and partner with new integrators.
• Represent at trade shows (Modex/Promat) and industry events.
• Lead focused marketing efforts (blog posts, speaking at shows).
• Provide monthly and yearly forecasts and reports.
• Support on the sidelines of sold projects (change orders).
