Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in enterprise sales or sales leadership within telecom or critical-infrastructure spaces.
• Proven quota-carrying experience with multi-year technology or managed-services deals.
• Experience selling to utility customers (IOUs, munis, cooperatives, or similar).
• Strong understanding of hyperscaler ecosystems and cloud platforms (Google, AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Knowledge of utility buying cycles, RFP processes, and capital investment programs.
• Ability to craft differentiated value propositions tied to outcomes and TCO.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional pursuits and manage complex sales cycles.
• Bachelor's in Engineering/Business; Master's preferred.

• Own the Utilities sales strategy, revenue growth, bookings, and account priorities.
• Partner with KAM teams to develop account plans and engagement strategies.
• Build and advance a pipeline of new-logo, modernization, and managed-services opportunities.
• Position Ericsson as a strategic partner for private networks, 5G, and grid modernization.
• Develop trusted relationships with utility executives, IT/OT, and procurement teams.
• Lead commercial cycles from qualification to negotiation and close.
