Job summary

Ericsson's Customer Unit US Mission Critical Networks team seeks a Sales Director focused on the Utilities vertical to own sales strategy, revenue growth, and executive engagement across utility accounts in the United States. You will shape account plans, build pipeline, and lead multi-year opportunities across Networks, Cloud and Software Services, Managed Services, and Enterprise Wireless Solutions.

You will collaborate with KAMs and cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals,

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise sales experience in telecom or critical infrastructure.
Proven quota-carrying sales performance with multi-year technology or managed-services deals.
Experience selling to utility customers (investor-owned, municipal, cooperatives).

Responsibilities

Own Utility sales strategy and revenue growth across assigned accounts.
Develop and execute account plans and joint customer engagement strategies.
Build and advance a pipeline of new-logo, modernization, expansion and managed-services opportunities.
Position Ericsson as a strategic partner for private networks, 5G/LTE, and grid modernization.
Lead cross-functional pursuits with solution, product, delivery, legal, finance, and partners.
Coordinate proposals, business-case development, negotiations, and close.
