Ericsson is seeking a Sales Director for the Utilities vertical in the US market. You will own the sales strategy, revenue growth, and executive engagements across utility accounts, driving strategic, multi-year opportunities across Networks, Cloud and Software Services, and Managed Services.

This role requires building a strong pipeline and negotiating complex deals with hyperscalers and regional accounts.

Formación

• Experience selling to utility customers and managing multi-year technology deals.
• Strong understanding of hyperscaler ecosystems and cloud platforms.
• Ability to translate customer strategies into differentiated value propositions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary sales pursuits.

Responsabilidades

• Own Utilities sales strategy, revenue growth, and bookings pipeline.
• Partner with KAM teams to develop and execute account plans.
• Build and advance a pipeline of new-logo, modernization, expansion, and managed-services opportunities.
• Position Ericsson as a strategic technology partner for mission-critical connectivity and private networks.
• Develop executive relationships across utility IT/OT, operations, and procurement.
• Lead the commercial sales cycle from qualification to close, including RFPs and business cases.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, legal, and finance to craft competitive proposals.
