Primis is seeking a Sales Director for SMB cybersecurity SaaS in Clearwater, FL. You will lead a high-performing SMB AE team, drive quota attainment, and own forecasting while partnering with Marketing, SDR, Channel and Customer Success to strengthen pipeline and retention.

You will recruit, onboard, and ramp new AEs, instill a high-velocity, accountable culture, and coach teams to consistently exceed targets in a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a SaaS sales team.
• Track record of hitting targets and developing AEs.
• Strong forecasting and pipeline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a team of SMB Account Executives to hit quota.
• Own team forecasting, pipeline management and reporting to leadership.
• Coach 1:1s, deal reviews and discovery skills.
