Job summary

inforcer is seeking a Regional Sales Director to own the regional sales strategy for cybersecurity and SaaS offerings in the Tampa area. You will lead and scale a high-performing Account Executive team, drive new business with mid-market customers, and build executive relationships.

You will collaborate with pre-sales, customer success, product, and marketing to deliver outcomes, forecast accurately, and exceed quarterly revenue targets. Willingness to travel up to 50–70% is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of scalable SaaS sales teams.
• Experience selling to mid-market organizations.
• Ability to build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors.
• Experience direct sales, partnerships, and market development.
• Clear, persuasive communication for technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to travel 50-70% of time.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the regional sales strategy for cybersecurity and SaaS offerings.
• Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives.
• Drive new business growth across mid-market organizations through direct sales and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across IT, Security, Operations, and Exec leadership.
• Align solutions with Microsoft environments and digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and accurate forecasting using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales engineering, customer success, product, and marketing.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and Microsoft ecosystem advancements.
• Represent inforcer at industry events and executive engagements.
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
• Own go-to-market strategy and revenue for your region.
• Identify market opportunities and execute territory plans for growth.
