Job summary

Kayzen, a demand-side platform for mobile apps, is seeking a Sales Director to drive new business from mobile app developers and advertisers worldwide. You will lead outbound efforts, build strategic relationships and work with marketing, SDRs and customer success to grow revenue.

Based in Europe or remote-friendly, you will collaborate with a global team across continents, participating in product and partnerships initiatives.

Qualifications

4+ years of business development experience in ad-tech or mobile app development
Experience managing B2B sales or partnerships with complex products/services
Knowledge of the programmatic landscape and performance media
Basic understanding of CTV; priority to those with CTV sales experience
Detail-oriented, process-driven with KPI mindset and initiative
Strong work ethic, results-oriented and assertive
Good business acumen with growth opportunity identification
Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

Acquire new app customers (outbound) generating sustainable revenue
Engage with customers, partners and market participants to identify new opportunities
Collaborate with marketing to craft narratives for target app developers
Contribute ideas to product teams to expand value offering
Identify sales/marketing bottlenecks and implement improvements
Build relationships with ad-tech leaders and key customers/partners
Work with SDRs to build pipeline and opportunities
Keep Hubspot up to date and maintain records
