We have an exciting position open in Aptar Beauty for a Director of Sales reporting to Earl Trout, Vice President of Sales, Beauty NA. The primary purpose of the Sales Director North America Beauty is to manage and oversee the sales operations within the region. This means to be responsible for developing and leading a team of Account Managers, build relationships with clients/customers, designing plans to meet sales and growth targets, and actively participating as a leader for the Beauty NA region.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $182,000 - $240,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
