Job Description :
Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a National Sales Director, OBL within Shockwave Medical. This is a remote role available in all regions within the Continental United States. While specific cities are listed in the Locations section for reference, please note that they are examples only and do not limit your application. Position Overview
The National Sales Director will build and develop a national sales team to deliver best in class performance for revenue and growth for office-based procedures. Responsible for building and managing the national sales force and generating revenue and creating a successful strategy. Work closely with Marketing, R&D and Area VP of Sales to identify market needs and execute on the sale / commercialization of new products.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
225,000
Additional Description for Pay Transparency :
The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. This position is eligible for a car allowance through the Company's Fleet program Employees and / or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
