Overview:

Heritage Recruiters is proud to partner with a fast-growing logistics leader in search of a Director of Sales to spearhead revenue growth and market expansion. This is a high-impact role for a strategic sales executive who can drive new business, optimize sales processes, and build lasting relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in logistics sales leadership, a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, and the ability to thrive in a competitive, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities with enterprise clients (shippers, manufacturers, retailers).
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Lead, mentor, and collaborate with sales teams to align efforts with company goals.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the logistics and supply chain space.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in logistics, freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation.
  • Proven ability to close large-scale deals and consistently exceed quotas.
  • Strong network within logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales growth.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a remote sales environment.
  • Base Salary: $180K+ (commensurate with experience)
  • On-Target Earnings: $250K+ (uncapped commission potential)
