Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Community Relations Director (Sales Director) for Westmont of Santa Barbara to lead outreach and occupancy strategies among seniors and families. You will build relationships, present solutions, and close agreements while ensuring excellent resident service and community reputation.

The role offers a supportive team, competitive benefits, and opportunities to influence care choices across independent to memory care living options.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living sales or community relations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer service mindset required.
• Proficiency with computer software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain client relationships; identify needs; communicate solutions; close sales; post-sales activities.
• Drive occupancy at the community.

• Criminal background clearance prior to start.
• Pass health screenings (physical, TB, drug test).

What we need from you:

• Establishing and maintaining client relationship, discovery of clients' needs and desires, identifying and communicating effective solutions to these needs and desires with the community's products and services, closing, and post-sales activities.
• Driving the occupancy at the community
• Great customer service mentality
• Ability work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer software skills are a must
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
