Job summary

Westmont of Cypress, part of Westmont Living, Inc., seeks a Community Relations Director to lead sales efforts, engage with families and referrals, and drive occupancy in a luxury senior living community. You will leverage relationships, deliver exemplary service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Expect thorough screening, health and safety checks, and ongoing training. Competitive pay and benefits are offered to support a high-quality resident experience.

Qualifications

• Establishing and maintaining client relationships, identifying needs and closing.
• Driving occupancy at the community through outreach and sales activity.
• Excellent customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer software skills are a must.
• Criminal record clearance required before first presence in the community.
• Health screen, TB test, drug test, and first aid within 30 days of hire.

What we need from you:

• Establishing and maintaining client relationship, discovery of clients' needs and desires, identifying and communicating effective solutions to these needs and desires with the community's products and services, closing, and post-sales activities.
• Driving the occupancy at the community
• Great customer service mentality
• Ability work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer software skills are a must
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
