Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking a Community Relations Director (Sales Director) for Westmont of Cypress in Cypress, CA. The role focuses on establishing relationships, guiding prospective residents, and driving occupancy at a luxury senior living community.

You will engage with families, coordinate with care teams, and ensure high-quality service while meeting licensing and safety requirements. Competitive benefits and onboarding training are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience in sales or senior living industry is a plus.
• Customer-service oriented with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage relationships with potential residents and families.
• Drive occupancy at the community through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain records and coordinate with teams to address residents' needs.

What we need from you:

• Establishing and maintaining client relationship, discovery of clients' needs and desires, identifying and communicating effective solutions to these needs and desires with the community's products and services, closing, and post-sales activities.
• Driving the occupancy at the community
• Great customer service mentality
• Ability work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer software skills are a must
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
