Job summary

Eightfold AI in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a Sales Development Representative Manager to lead and develop a high-performing SDR team that drives pipeline for our AI-native enterprise talent platform.

You will hire, train, and coach SDRs to generate meetings with executives at large enterprises, align with AEs, and optimize outbound/inbound strategies for scalable growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Successful track record managing an SDR team and consistently hitting quota.
• Proven experience and passion for teaching, developing, and growing SDRs.
• 100%+ quota achievement as an individual SDR.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt rapidly in a high-growth environment.
• Team player with ownership mindset and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Hire and recruit a team of SDRs that consistently hits pipeline goals.
• Coach SDRs to achieve and exceed quota and mentor throughout their SDR tenure.
• Teach creative, personalized and strategic outreach to secure meetings with executives at large companies.
• Manage early-stage pipeline with AEs and Sales Leadership.
• Continuously track metrics and improve efficiency of the SDRs.
• Work with GTM teams to measure and drive predictable pipeline growth.
• Support an outbound process to complement inbound engagement.
• Test new ways to capture and convert prospective customers.
