Cohorts begin weekly and are limited to 25 Residents. Compensation includes a structured residency with base and commission, followed by transfer to the partner's payroll with full benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required.
• Strong communication and goal orientation.
• Comfortable on the phone and good with email outreach.
• W-2 employment and residency with partner company.

Responsibilities

• Prospect via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a pipeline.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads for Account Executives.
• Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Receive daily coaching from SV Academy and partner sales leadership.
