The opportunity as an SDR:

Join Docsumo as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a key role in revolutionizing document processing and data extraction. Leverage our strong market presence to qualify high-intent inbound leads, understand customer needs, and schedule product demos.

Reporting directly to our Business Development Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, working closely with both our sales and marketing teams. This role offers a unique blend of relationship building, technical understanding, and strategic thinking – perfect for someone who wants to develop a comprehensive skill set in SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and manage inbound leads through detailed discovery and assessment.
  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Work with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations/demos and connect in a professional way to USA tech buyers.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity details.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified opportunities are handed off effectively.
  • Track and report key performance metrics related to inbound lead conversion.
  • Rolling out weekly newsletters, email, and drip campaigns.
  • Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends.
  • Get customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
