This position is responsible for identifying strategic business partners within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) space. The Sales Development Representative (Enterprise) sources, qualifies, and engages companies that fit within our ideal customer profile who need data, technology, and services to manage their Commercial Real Estate properties. The Sales Development Representative (Enterprise) will then follow internal selling campaigns to target accounts via phone, email, and social media.
Position Summary

- Support Account Executives (AE) and other sales team members by identifying prospective customers and setting qualified meetings.
- Utilize technology stack to work efficiently and effectively in targeting key decision makers.
- Professionally and persistently navigate gatekeepers to identify decision makers and transition warm relationships (sales leads) to Account Executives.
- Meet daily Key Performance Indicators, including expectations around outbound calls, emails, social media outreach, and other metrics.
- Qualify Inbound Leads daily and transition each lead to the appropriate Account Executive(s).
- Participate in trade shows and events as requested and needed.
- Occasional out-of-state travel, up to 1 week per quarter.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Utilize various strategies to identify and qualify high-potential enterprise clients who align with our offerings.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs, challenges, and decision-making processes of target accounts.
- Build targeted prospect lists and leverage data-driven tools to generate qualified leads.
Building Relationships and Selling:
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospect companies through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value proposition of our solutions and address client needs.
- Assist with negotiating pricing and contracts to close deals and help team achieve sales quotas.
Account Management:
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to using our products/services.
- Provide ongoing customer support and build long-term relationships with clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Participate in regular sales meetings and generate accurate reports on sales activities, lead generation, and pipeline progress.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, adjust strategies, and improve prospecting and sales efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- At least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Sales Development Representative in a SaaS environment and a record of top performance.
- Strong understanding of the Commercial Real Estate industry and the challenges faced by enterprise-level businesses.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Adept at cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques.
- Proficient in CRM software and business productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience with sales prospecting tools, methodologies, and data analysis platforms a plus.
- Product-centric and driven to understand and stay up to date on the company, clients, and industry.
