Position Summary:

Sales Development Representatives are the conversation starters and problem solvers at the foundation of the sales process. As an SDR, you’ll spend time researching various companies, decision makers, and prospects with the goal of scheduling sales meetings.

During the paid mentorship, you will work hands-on at a technology or business services company, gaining real world Sales experience in the corporate space. Your first 3 months at your company, you will receive mentorship from Vendition in partnership with your Sales Team to ensure productivity, quota attainment, full understanding of industry platforms, and overall success.

You will:

  • Represent a tech company’s products and services to communicate a comprehensive understanding of their solutions
  • Prospect potential customers via phone, email, and social networking to generate new business leads.
  • Schedule meetings/calls between prospective customers and Account Executives
  • Achieve monthly quotas of meetings set, completed, and fully qualified opportunities
  • Learn sales prospecting techniques, philosophies, researching, and practices; how to use CRMs, sales playbooks, and other necessary tools to succeed as an SDR and earn a Sales Certification.

Requirements:

  • Have an interest in working in a sales role
  • Understanding of the SDR role and can relate transferable skills and experience
  • Consistent clear communicators both verbally and written

Salary Expectations:

Vendition’s paid Mentorship offers training, coaching, and job placement services at no cost to you. During the 3-month Mentorship you will earn $3,000/month. After the 3-month Mentorship, the average Vendition Apprentice goes on to make $85K (base + OTE) within the first year.
