About The Role:

We are looking to add a Sales Development Representative to our team who will act as a main growth driver for prospective outbound client engagement on YipitData must-have products within the investment field.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify prospective opportunities and utilize outbound communication channels to initiate sales engagement. You will also qualify inbound sales leads, follow up with marketing-qualified opportunities, and support the sales pipeline. The career progression for this role includes moving towards becoming a Sales Associate and then a Sales Executive, focusing on acquiring and engaging new business.

  • Develop outbound sales skills through methods like cold calling, cold emailing, direct mail, Bloomberg messaging, and others.
  • Own the inbound sales process by developing the prospect experience, qualifying opportunities, and presenting the YipitData value proposition.
  • Engage with hedge funds and investment managers relying on next-generation alternative data research.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize the opportunity conversion process.
  • Map organizational structures of hedge funds and investment managers to identify prospective users.
  • Develop skills across sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Asana, and more.

Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits, perks, and a competitive salary:

  • Salary: Up to $65,000 + $20,000 discretionary bonus (On-Target Earnings $85,000). Final offer depends on experience, skills, and internal benchmarks.

This role may be performed fully remotely within the United States. Depending on the remote work location, income could be subject to New York State tax withholding.
