Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative at Chili Piper, you will work with the Account Executive team to build pipeline by prospecting potential customers, identifying high potential prospects, managing early sales activities, and actively participating in developing our sales process. We value a data-driven approach and look for someone confident in prospecting and strategic planning. If you are hungry, smart, persistent, and a great teammate, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do
  • Identify high-potential businesses and develop outbound strategies
  • Lead outbound campaigns from idea to qualified meetings
  • Test and scale new outbound lead generation channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to building our sales team
  • Engage prospects via phone and other channels
  • Set and achieve monthly OKRs with your manager
  • Become a product expert
  • Achieve activity goals consistently
Qualifications
