About Siteline

Siteline is a Series A SaaS startup in the construction billing space. We're a team of 28 full-time employees who work remotely across the U.S. and Canada, with a small in-person office in San Francisco.

What problems are we solving?

We're on a mission to modernize finance for construction, an industry that employs 1 out of every 10 workers but lacks good software tools. Payments are broken and slow, and we're growing quickly by addressing this market need.

Why are we building this?

Millions are affected by this broken system, making construction more expensive and inefficient. Our goal is to streamline payments, allowing contractors to focus on building and improving the industry.

About The Role

We're seeking an SDR to contribute to revenue growth, develop sales and marketing skills, and have a clear path to promotion into an SMB AE role. You'll work closely with trade contractors, represent Siteline, and help shape our company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify targets and develop strategies to convert them into opportunities.
  • Cold Calls: Conduct high-volume outreach to qualify prospects and set meetings.
  • Emails: Create compelling messaging campaigns.
  • Discovery: Uncover business challenges and billing pain points.
  • Organization: Maintain accurate CRM data for insights.
  • Collaboration: Share customer insights across teams.
What We're Looking For
  • 1 Year of experience in an SDR or BDR role with quota achievement.
  • Motivated, results-driven, organized self-starter with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent phone and listening skills, confident and curious.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and competitive spirit.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Aspiring to become an AE within 1-2 years.
  • Bonus: Experience in construction or finance sectors.
