Job summary

Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply in Montclair, NJ is seeking a Sales Development Representative to receive Sandler Sales Training and mentorship, with uncapped commissions and the chance to become a top salesperson. You'll build relationships with local business owners, manage the sales process, and work with senior Account Executives to close opportunities and grow the business.

A Bachelor's degree is required and 0-3 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of professional experience

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and local business outreach
• Connect with business owners and decision-makers to understand their challenges
• Present Dempsey's uniform and linen rental solutions to small and mid-sized businesses
• Manage the sales process from initial conversation through signed agreement for designated accounts
• Partner with senior Account Executives on larger opportunities while learning from experienced professionals
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in Salesforce
• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects
• Achieve monthly activity, meeting, and revenue goals while developing your skills
