Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• 0-3 years of professional experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn through coaching.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and local business outreach.
• Connect with business owners and decision-makers to understand their challenges.
• Present Dempsey's uniform and linen rental solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
• Manage the sales process from initial conversation through signed agreements for designated accounts.
• Collaborate with senior Account Executives on larger opportunities while learning from experienced professionals.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in Salesforce.
• Follow up with prospects to grow the sales pipeline and achieve activity and revenue goals.
