Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience or an associate degree with 3 years of professional experience or 4 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Sales Experience or related degree/internship.
• Strong desire for a career in B2B Sales and excellent communication.
• Ability to present professionally and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Research and build call sheets of targeted customers in the market.
• Document, track and research all leads from Recruiter Lead Program.
• Build customer profiles and talk tracks using Seismic and Gong.
• Perform outreach to targeted lists and document weekly activity.
• Partner with leadership to identify lost customers and generate new meetings.
