Job summary

EmployBridge is hiring a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Inside Sales Team in the Philadelphia/Lehigh Valley region. This is the entry point to a defined sales career.

You will generate qualified meetings through outbound and inbound prospecting, collaborate with field sales, and hand off well-briefed leads to a Business Development Manager. Success leads to promotion within 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to hold a conversation and write compelling emails.
• Track record of hitting targets or goals in work, academics, sports, or similar.
• Ability to handle rejection while maintaining energy and professionalism.
• Comfort with technology, CRM tools, LinkedIn and email sequencing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified meetings via outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
• Brief and hand off meetings to a BDM with thorough, well-prepared context.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and update pipeline stages.
