Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a driven, curious SDR to join our Inside Sales Team. You will generate qualified meetings through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification, collaborating with field sales to hand off well-prepared briefs and ensure timely introductions that convert.

Qualifications

Genuine interest in sales and a clear desire to build a career as a closer.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to hold a conversation and write compelling emails.
Track record of hitting targets or goals in any context (work, academics, sports, etc.).
Ability to handle rejection and maintain energy and professionalism.
Comfort with technology, CRM tools, LinkedIn and email sequencing platforms.

Responsibilities

Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other tools to identify and engage potential clients.
Qualify inbound leads using a structured framework, assessing fit, urgency, and decision-making authority.
Book qualified meetings and hand them off to a BDM with a thorough, well-prepared brief.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets.
