Aerotek is hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative in Indiana. The role focuses on learning recruiting and sales fundamentals, identifying target accounts, making cold calls, and setting meetings with prospects.

You will collaborate with delivery and sales teams to build relationships and support revenue growth. Base compensation is $60,000 with weekly commissions, a monthly car allowance, and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Sales degree or certification or 1–2 years of sales experience encouraged.
• Ability to learn recruiting and sales fundamentals and execute the sales process.
• Comfort with cold calling and territory prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to meeting setup.
• Identify target accounts in defined territory and contact prospects.
• Support revenue growth with lead generation and client engagement.
• Collaborate with delivery and sales teams to build client relationships.
• Attend client meetings and communicate account knowledge to team.
