Job summary

Aerotek, an Allegis Group company in Indianapolis, is hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative to learn recruiting and sales fundamentals, prospect, engage clients, qualify reqs, and drive revenue.

You will identify target accounts, make cold calls to set meetings, collaborate with Delivery and Sales teams, and support territory planning. Competitive base, weekly commissions, car allowance, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Sales degree or certification, or 1-2 years sales experience.
• Internships or sales competitions encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Learn recruiting and sales fundamentals within the Aerotek framework.
• Identify target accounts in defined territory and make cold calls to set meetings.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Sales teams to build client relationships and generate leads.
• Support revenue growth initiatives and participate in sales process steps.
• Negotiate terms and support account management activities.
• Attend client meetings and represent the team in various engagements.
