Job summary

Chalk is seeking an SDR to be the first point of contact for prospects. You will qualify leads, schedule calls, and support the sales team in a high-growth startup. This role requires 0–1 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven ability to exceed targets.

We operate in person, five days a week, with flexibility for conflicts. You will work across GTM, analyze market data, craft messaging, and own hand-offs while tracking metrics and progress.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience, startup background preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota targets at high-growth firms.
• Strong pipeline generation and creative outreach tactics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GTM to drive outreach campaigns and pipeline.
• Analyze market data and target key accounts for Chalk.
• Craft multi-channel messaging with stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and chart the path forward.
• Build trust and schedule demos with sales executives.
• Track opportunities and report weekly/monthly metrics.
