Job summary

Cision is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive inbound and outbound outreach, qualify opportunities, and book demos for Account Executives. You’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients, research target accounts, and craft personalized outreach to expand the customer base.

In this role you’ll develop product knowledge across Cision’s suite and use tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn to manage a high-volume pipeline, collaborate with the sales team, and

Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an Accredited College.
• Interest in moving to a consultative Sales position within a software company.
• Self-motivation and ability to work in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling quality demos for sales team by identifying, researching, and contacting potential customers and ensure those demos occur.
• Meeting or exceeding a monthly quota and serving as the first contact for prospects while applying marketing and sales tactics.
• Making 60+ outbound calls and customized emails per day using sales enablement tools.
• Prospecting quality contacts and accounts that fit using the Cision platform, collaborating with sales reps to move opportunities forward.
• Gathering market data before and during outreach to understand customer needs and convey them to the sales team.
• Become an expert with Cision products and services, buyer types and the tools to be successful.
