Job summary

RR Donnelley in Seattle is launching an Associate Development Program to train you as a Sales Associate. This full-time entry level role offers a structured four-month training, with exposure to prospecting, cold calling, and shadowing seasoned sales reps.

You will learn sales processes, build a pipeline, and contribute to team meetings, with opportunities to advance as you gain experience. A Bachelor's degree and CRM familiarity are preferred; travel within the territory may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales-related fields with an interest in sales.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High motivation to learn and succeed in the sales field.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and explain ROI to customers.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Reliable transportation to visit clients within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Prospect and cold call to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives and assist in sourcing, securing and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel for your post-training assignment.
• Continued development opportunities through marketing and sales publications to increase understanding of the sales industry.
