RR Donnelley in Georgia is seeking an Associate - Sales, an entry-level role with a four-month training program (Associate Development Program). The February 2027 cohort start marks the beginning of a defined ramp for developing sales skills, prospecting, and relationship building with clients.

Responsibilities include shadowing sales reps, assisting with sourcing and managing business, attending meetings, and building a targeted sales funnel post-training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, communications or related fields.
• Strong listening and communication skills to understand customer needs.
• High motivation to learn and apply sales strategies.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively.
• Experience using a CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales reps and support sourcing, securing, and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings and maintain relationships with accounts.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment and participate in special projects.
