RR Donnelley & Sons in Raleigh, NC, is hiring for an Associate - Sales, an entry-level role offering a four-month development program (ADP) to prepare you for a Sales Associate career. The February 2027 cohort start is required.

The role includes training in prospecting, cold calling, shadowing senior reps, and assisting with sourcing, securing and managing business. You will build a funnel and grow with opportunities through marketing and sales resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High motivation to learn and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to decide and solve problems; driven to succeed in sales.
• Sales internship or experience selling preferred; CRM experience helpful.
• Reliable transportation to attend client meetings within territory.

Responsabilités

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives; some travel may be required.
• Assist senior reps in sourcing, securing and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment.
• Participate in additional projects and development opportunities.
